The custom hat work is truly beautiful, and it's a really cool place, but the staff interaction ruined the entire process for me. When I reached my final consultation stage, I had the frustrating and inescapable conclusion that
some of the staff was a little dismissive
. I knew the product would be pricey, but when you’re spending this much money on a bespoke item, you expect genuine, personalized attention. Because this cold interaction severely soured my experience, I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a conversation with customer service immediately after leaving the store.
