I am writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering from this store online. My terrible experience has convinced me that their online inventory management is untrustworthy. After a complicated checkout process, the item I received was completely incorrect—the size was wrong, and the style was nothing like the vibrant palette I expected. I was so frustrated by the whole logistical disaster that when the site prompted me for a review, the only concise observation I could manage, based on the general reputation of the brand, was:

I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to try and resolve the fulfillment error and warn others about this major discrepancy.
