I had a genuinely awful shopping experience recently that I feel compelled to share as a warning to potential customers. While the dresses themselves were beautiful and the prices seemed reasonable, the entire transaction was completely spoiled by the human element at the register. My immediate conclusion, which I felt compelled to share, was that the shopping experience was terrible because, as I observed,
the staff attending the cash register is very bad-tempered, never greets, and always looks in a bad mood.
When you choose to purchase an item, you expect basic courtesy and professionalism. This complete lack of respect ruined the purchase, forcing me to reach out to customer service immediately after leaving the store to demand some explanation for such unprofessional conduct.
Customer: I just finished checking out at your downtown location and I need to file a formal complaint about the cashier. She was incredibly rude, didn’t greet me, and looked actively angry that she had to ring up my purchase.
