The frustration of receiving the wrong item was minor compared to the policy I encountered afterward. The entire reason I felt compelled to contact customer service and leave this review was because of a basic fulfillment error compounded by terrible policy. My direct conclusion about this experience is simple and alarming:
i ordered a hat and the wrong size was sent but i had to pay to exchange it.
It is unbelievable that I have to foot the bill when the mistake was entirely theirs.
Customer: I received my order today, and it is the wrong size. I clearly ordered a size medium, and the tag shows a large. This is entirely your mistake.
