You forgot the account you associated with Office

I have a subscription for Project or Visio. How do I download and install them?
If you are still having problems, tell us more about your issue, including any error messages your received and where you were in the install process when you received them. If you've used up your five installs and want to install Office on another computer, you have to deactivate an installation.
