David Saynor used his limousine company to groom and sexually abuse girls aged between 12 and 18 in the late 2000s and early 2010s, the National Crime Agency has said.
The 77-year-old used his company vehicles to take his victims out for rides, plying them with alcohol before raping or sexually assaulting them.
They were sometimes collected from their school or care homes , taken to or from teenage discos in Rotherham, or for rides around the area in Saynor's stretch Hummer, according to the NCA

Sheffield Crown Court heard on one occasion the sex offender took a teen aged 12 or 13 at the time to a storage yard for his limousines.
He then went on to rape her in an office building on the site, the NCA said.
Another victim was abused when she was 14 and 15-years-old. She recalled being collected with a group of other girls in her school uniform and being given alcohol, cigarettes and money.
Saynor, formerly of Rotherham and now of Lincoln, raped the girl in the back of the limousine and threatened to hurt her family if she told anyone.
A further victim was 16 years old and in care at the time.

She was driven to an area of Sheffield she did not know by the paedophile and told to perform a sexual act on him or be left there, miles from home and with no means of getting back.
Saynor was arrested by the NCA in 2020 after numerous victims identified him.
Following a five-week trial at Sheffield Crown Court he was found guilty of 15 charges relating to eight victims last July.
NCA Senior Investigating Officer Stuart Cobb said: 'Saynor preyed on vulnerable girls who continue to live with the effects of his abuse as adults.
'The victims showed extraordinary bravery in reporting what Saynor did, and I'm pleased that we were able to get justice affordable limo for a day in NYC them.
'I hope Saynor's imprisonment will bring the victims some closure.'
An NSPCC spokeswoman said: 'It is very disturbing that Saynor used his position as a limousine driver to target, manipulate, groom and sexually abuse vulnerable girls, and used threats to try to maintain his control over them.
'The harmful impact of child sexual abuse can be profound and long-lasting if victims do not receive the support they need, so we urge anyone who has concerns a child is at risk of sexual abuse to report it.'
It comes as part of Operation Stovewood — the NCA's huge investigation into child sexual exploitation in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013.
Last Autumn, the NCA insisted 'this does not mean we are walking away' as it announced that, from January, new allegations would be handled by South Yorkshire Police rather than Operation Stovewood.

The NCA said Operation Stovewood has seen more than 200 arrests and this most recent verdict means 36 convictions have been secured.
The agency said it remains committed to seeing its current investigations through to the end of the criminal justice process, which is anticipated to continue into 2027.
Previous estimates have put the cost of Operation Stovewood at around £90 million.
