My recent experience with this boutique was so appalling, I feel compelled to share this cautionary tale. I had planned a trip based on the posted online hours, only to arrive and find the doors locked far too early.
If I could put less than a 1 star, I would, they closed half hour before the website stated.
When I tried to politely inquire, the response from the manager and staff was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and insulting.
They told me to take it up with the corporation, not the store, failing to take ownership.
As someone who considered myself a loyal customer, this complete lack of friendly customer service means
