I felt compelled to share my experience as a warning to anyone considering buying a custom item online without an in-person fitting. My journey started with high hopes, but when the package finally arrived, the excitement evaporated immediately. I followed the sizing guide exactly, yet the result was profoundly underwhelming and unsatisfying. The product simply did not live up to the hype or the price tag, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to call customer service immediately because the product I received was completely unusable, which is why I'm leaving this review now.
Customer: I received my custom hat order today, and frankly, I am furious. I followed the online sizing guide exactly, but the hat is massive. It’s unwearable. I spent a lot of money, and now I’m stuck with something I can’t use.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that the sizing was incorrect, especially after you took the time to follow our guide. That is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. Can you confirm the style and size you ordered, so I can pull up your purchase details?
Customer: It’s the Cheyenne in a size 7 1/4. It feels like a full size larger. For those who have any concerns regarding in which and also the best way to use news, you can e-mail us in the web-page.
