I must issue a serious warning about my recent online shopping experience. I was truly excited about my purchase because the items looked so fashionable and unique. However, when the package arrived, it was a nightmare. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating
because clothing are so cute but sized wrong and u cant get a refund.
I am now stuck with several beautiful but useless dresses that simply do not fit, and the strict no-refund policy is unacceptable for such a common issue as incorrect sizing. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately, but I am leaving this public review to document my struggle.
