Jonathan is the rudest person I have had had the unfortunate experience of meeting. Normally the people in this store are nice and welcoming but as a manager he is no help. He is rude, accusatory, and dismissive. He yelled at me and another customer when we asked for information.
After being treated this way, and having to rely on the kindness of the security guard for basic assistance, I immediately decided to contact customer service and leave this public review.
