I measured my nose bridge properly and bought frames with an 18mm bridge width. The difference was immediate - no more pain, no more marks, just comfortable all-day wear.

If you have metal frames with adjustable nose pads, an optician can adjust them. But if you have plastic frames like I do, you need the right bridge width from the start.

How to Measure Your Nose Bridge

Use a ruler to measure across the bridge of your nose at its narrowest point. That's the minimum bridge width you need. I recommend going 1-2mm wider for comfort.
