The fight against the Sanctified Mind takes place in a crescent-shaped arena. Floating over the lake of Vex milk is the Sanctified Mind, and the encounter will start once it is shot. This encounter will divide up the Fireteam into three groups of two at the start, but as the damage phase draws near those roles will evolve into individually designated zones. These three teams will be Portal Team One, Portal Team Two, and the Conflux Team. The beginning of the encounter starts with enemy clearing and avoiding fire from the Sanctified Mind. The damage phase is when the Fireteam no longer has the three teams of two. Instead, everyone should have a given area that they're in to ensure the tether connects correctly. It's entirely possible for the tether to connect to the wrong people, or not even cause the oracle to explode. If the tethered oracle does not explode it's because at least one Vex was able to sacrifice on that Conflux, causing it to lose a mote. Unfortunately, the team will lose out on this damage phase. Two members of the Conflux Team will head towards the Conflux, while the third looks for a Vex Minotaur that will drop motes once defeated. Grab the motes, and return to the Conflux. Deposit them to temporarily earn the Enlightened buff. This will allow that teammate to defeat the enemies with immune shields. There are only a few of them, they cannot be allowed to reach the Conflux. These Vex Goblins will sacrifice at the Conflux, causing a wipe. As the Enlightened teammate deals with the immune enemies, another is looking for the next Minotaur to grab motes from. Additionally, all teammates should destroy the Succulents as soon as possible, since they explode when close to a Guardian. The Salvager's Salvo Grenade Launcher is perfect for this. A giant Taken Fallen Captain will be outside of the structure. Follow it through the desert to reach the beginning of the fifth encounter. The fifth encounter of Prophecy has the team travel by foot and Sparrow across a variety of pathways. Often referred to as the Rainbow Road of Destiny 2, this track has tons of twists and turns that make falling off of the sides easy. Carefully navigate all the way down through the tracks and get to the lowest level platform. There isn't a singular "correct path" to take, it's more about being careful not to throw caution to the wind. The Conflux Team will have two objectives, the primary is to defend the Conflux while the secondary is to repair the arena. Every time a Vex sacrifices itself on a Conflux the Conflux will lose motes, even if the Conflux was previously full. If this happens, the team will not be able to make full use of the damage phase. It's best if the Conflux Team puts one member at each Conflux, and floats around to assist as need be with long-range capable weapons like Destiny 2 's Darkest Before Pulse Rifle . Additionally, a part of the arena will be destroyed every time the Sanctified Mind has a part shot off. When enough parts of the arena have been destroyed, both members of the Conflux team can regroup to form a quick tether and repaid that section. One member will shoot the Conflux, the Conflux will tether to them, they'll tether to the second teammate, and the second teammate tethers to a structure that repairs the arena (the structure looks like a barrier door lock from the very first encount
After depositing the motes, Portal Team One will have the same Enlightened buff that was seen in previous encounters. They'll be able to break the shields of immune enemies, but only for 45 seconds. It's best to focus on breaking as many enemy shields as possible while the effect is up so the Conflux Team can continue to defend both Confluxes, and there are plenty of the Season of the Lost weapons that can help. After Portal Team One returns, break another of the same side part for Portal Team Two to go through and gather motes. They'll return, deposit their motes, and the same process will be repeated for the other side. Portal Team Two can enter the portal that is used to bring back Portal Team One, and it's recommended to do this so only one Cyclops spawns at a t
