If you want to get this challenge done quickly, use a Duskfield Grenade. Throw a Duskfield at an Overload Champion, then stun them. They'll repeatedly get stunned, resetting their Overload status. After depositing the motes, Portal Team One will have the same Enlightened buff that was seen in previous encounters. They'll be able to break the shields of immune enemies, but only for 45 seconds. The Tangled Shore vendors are Spider and Crow, and before Crow can even be accessed the Trail of the Hunted mission on the Moon must be completed. When both Confluxes are finally filled, the Sanctified Mind in Destiny 2 will spawn either a red or blue oracle, indicating which Conflux needs to be tethered from. One teammate will have to shoot the Conflux to activate the tether, and depending on the distance an additional two or three teammates will need to tether together back to the oracle that was created first.
