My main issue involves the beading; they will literally hand you dresses with the design falling off of them and look you straight in the face and say you’re the problem. The owners and employees have no regard for customer service, and the sheer lack of professionalism surrounding the garment's state compelled me to immediately engage with customer service to demand accountability for this embarrassing situation.
