Week one begins Season of the Lost with 10 challenges. As expected, these challenges involve a mix of tasks for Guardians to complete that introduces them to a number of updates in Destiny 2 . The 10 Seasonal Challenges for week one
Oryx is a towering and monolithic villain responsible for causing incredible amounts of chaos in the Destiny series. He is singlehandedly responsible for the creation of The Taken, who proved themselves to be a formidable foe against the guardians. Oryx's design feels almost mythological and combines the most frightening elements of both dragons and insec
Bungie frequently enables double loot weeks as well, making Nightfalls the definitive way of earning Masterwork materials. Various seasons also added fantastic Nightfall weapons for players to chase. Palindrome, Uzume FR4, and Plug One.1 are some of the best weapons in their respective archetype, giving you further incentives to farm this activity over and over again. If you can brave Grandmaster difficulty, you'll even obtain Adept variants of these guns and Adept mods you can socket into them, resulting in weapons that have stat packages well above their competit
His unique and iconic design makes him one of the best characters and vendors to spot while dashing around the tower. With some of the funniest lore entries centred around him , Lord Shaxx is both incredibly endearing in both personality and lo
Momentum Crash is a Destiny 2 Seasonal Challenge that appears season after season, taking players to the Crucible . Defeat 75 Guardians in Momentum Control, and earn bonus progress with Zone Advantage. Momentum Control will be active for the first week of Season of the Lost and will make a return at a later w
The Disc Jockey emote seems pretty straightforward at first: the Guardian plays DJ, spinning a simple, repetitive, quasi-house beat. Its origins, however, are much funnier than out-of-sync Guardians drowning out your favorite Dawning music. Disc Jockey is a nod to a viral video from a day party held in the French Alps (seriously). In it a partygoer draws imaginary turntables and a mixer on a snow-covered table, mimicking a DJ to much excitement from nearby revel

The two standout features of Oryx's design are his enormous dragon-like wings and insectoid head. His ornate spider-like face instils terror in his foes while his wings help accentuate his terrifyingly large frame. He is a force of nature and his impressively designed appearance conveys that perfec
With stakes commonly in "humanity’s extinction" range, Destiny 2 is loaded with intrigue, emotion, and all the exposition befitting a sprawling space opera. Always front row, the player-controlled "Guardian" is Earth’s greatest protector, and its least expressive. Despite criminal underuse of their voice actors, developer Bungie has recognized its community’s individual need to express exactly who The Guardian
Gambit saw the same reward track update that the Crucible did a few seasons ago. It also has some great weapons to chase, yet there's one problem: its Gambit. This mode hasn't seen any substantial changes since Gambit Prime during Year 2. Beyond Light did merge Gambit and Gambit Prime together, but it didn't fix core issues with this game mode. To name a

From the crypt entrance in Trivial Mystery #2, head west towards the base of a withered tree. A nearby tree to your right will have a Breach Barrier marker. Invoke your Breach Barrier ability, then run through the barrier at the base of the tree. Turn left to find the ch
What solidifies Taniks' design as being one of the best in the series is his overly extravagant cape that flows around him as he marches into battle. It adds a level of prestige to an intimidating foe and feels like the kind of flair you'd find on a Bond vill
On August 25, Bungie detailed new changes coming to Trials of Osiris, including Trials no longer being active during Iron Banner weeks and during World's First Raid releases. Additionally, the Season of the Lost's Trials update allows solo players to queue in once they have access. Trials of Osiris access is now based on long-term Crucible Valor from past seasons, rather than getting 50 kills in Elimination. This means there are now more opportunities to unlock the new Stasis Frost Armor Build Linear Fusion Rifle, Reed's Regret, as well as fan-favorites like Destiny 2 's Igneous Hammer Hand Cann
