Once in the damage phase, the Consecrated Mind will be extremely vulnerable in its eye. It will also back up to the original starting point. Follow it and continue to do damage, as a barrier will soon spawn at the beginning of the hallway, preventing any damage from being done. The whole team can make it beyond the barrier before it spawns but should wait until the Consecrated Mind makes it beyond the next staircase. Two members of the Conflux Team will head towards the Conflux, while the third looks for a Vex Minotaur that will drop motes once defeated. Grab the motes, and return to the Conflux. Deposit them to temporarily earn the Enlightened buff. This will allow that teammate to defeat the enemies with immune shields. There are only a few of them, they cannot be allowed to reach the Conflux. These Vex Goblins will sacrifice at the Conflux, causing a wipe. As the Enlightened teammate deals with the immune enemies, another is looking for the next Minotaur to grab motes from. When the final portion of Riven's health bar is reached the whole Fireteam will be transported to a Taken Realm that damages each player slowly over time. Navigate through the pathway until the single orb of Taken Strength is reached. Grab the orb, and all six Fireteam members will be teleported back to the throne room, even the ones that may have died along the way. Riven will reappear in the throne room, and she needs to be shot in the mouth until she looks like she is dead ( Destiny 2 's Ascendancy Rocket Launcher will finisher her quickly). Travel inside her body through her mouth until her heart is reached. Destroy her heart, and this Last Wish raid encounter finally ends.
