No Destiny 2: Season of the Lost Champions are present in this boss fight. The Consecrated Mind will eventually head off into one of four directions, which should also be established beforehand. They could be Front, Back, Left, Right, or North, East, South West, etc. The diagonal directions will have a Conflux spawn, indicated by a large beam emitting light into the sky. This is officially where the two teams must split
For the chamber where Riven does not show her face first, a Taken Knight will spawn, and when it dies it will drop an Eye of Riven. One Guardian from the trio must pick up the and stand where the Knight spawned. They should see a symbol when they face the center of their Last Wish raid chamber, and call it out to their teammates. Another teammate is going to stand on the platform on the opposite side of the chamber from where the Knight spawned, and they'll many different symbols, some of which are from Destiny 2 's Shattered Throne dunge
After Riven flinches, she will leave the first chamber and head to the second. The team that just flinched her will have to complete the Eye of Riven taken puzzle, while the second team fighting her must damage her and shoot the appropriate eyes. Riven will open her mouth in preparation for an attack that will make the entire team start this Last Wish raid encounter over. Using a weapon that is easy to control, like one of Destiny 2's many Hand Cannons , shoot the Taken material forming in her mouth until she closes her mouth. Next, shoot the two eyes that the first team had called out originally. Shooting any other eye will result in the entire Fireteam wiping. Afterward, Riven will retreat again and both teams will turn around to a lift that brings them to the second floor. The entire process up to this point will be repeated on the second floor until both teams can go up the next lift to the original throne room where they all dropped down f
The Conflux Team will have two objectives, the primary is to defend the Conflux while the secondary is to repair the arena. Every time a Vex sacrifices itself on a Conflux the Conflux will lose motes, even if the Conflux was previously full. If this happens, the team will not be able to make full use of the damage phase. It's best if the Conflux Team puts one member at each Conflux, and floats around to assist as need be with long-range capable weapons like Destiny 2 's Darkest Before Pulse Rifle . Additionally, a part of the arena will be destroyed every time the Sanctified Mind has a part shot off. When enough parts of the arena have been destroyed, assimilated Easement exotic both members of the Conflux team can regroup to form a quick tether and repaid that section. One member will shoot the Conflux, the Conflux will tether to them, they'll tether to the second teammate, and the second teammate tethers to a structure that repairs the arena (the structure looks like a barrier door lock from the very first encount
The Consecrated Mind encounter in Destiny 2 is overwhelming at first, but there are designated roles that can be applied to make the process a bit easier to follow. There are many weapons, including Season of the Lost weapons , to choose from for this encounter. The build-up to the damage phase is precise and requires a lot of enemies to be defeated first, so be sure to bring weapons that can easily accomplish this. Everyone on the team should have a Sniper Rifle or powerful distance rifle, an SMG or Auto Rifle , and a Fusion Rifle , Linear Fusion Rifle , or Rocket Launch
After depositing the motes, Portal Team One will have the same Enlightened buff that was seen in previous encounters. They'll be able to break the shields of immune enemies, but only for 45 seconds. It's best to focus on breaking as many enemy shields as possible while the effect is up so the Conflux Team can continue to defend both Confluxes, and there are plenty of the Season of the Lost weapons that can help. After Portal Team One returns, break another of the same side part for Portal Team Two to go through and gather motes. They'll return, deposit their motes, and the same process will be repeated for the other side. Before starting the encounter, divide the team up into two teams of three. One team will become the Conflux Team, and the other is the Boss Team. There are very few roles that have to be switched up during this encounter, but for the majority of the time, these teams will be on their own. To begin the Destiny 2 encounter, stand at the center conflux where the last encounter ended. All Fireteam members will link up at this point and be tethered together through a beam, linking to a square off in the distance.
