My entire reason for visiting was desperation: "I needed a hat ergently to complete my Cornal Sanders cosplay for a wedding I was attending the next day." Time was absolutely critical. The hours on the website clearly stated they closed at 6:00, but when I called while racing over, I found out the hard way that they closed at 5:45. I was completely robbed of those crucial fifteen minutes. I was heart broken. That misinformation completely ruined my plan, which is why I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to complain about the misleading hours.
