On Microsoft teams it seemed easy enough. I just went on the apps page and disabled "allow users to install 3rd party apps," while keeping the Microsoft app installs enabled. I was under the impression that this "let users access third party apps in your tenant" was all encompassing and would disable all 3rd party apps / add-ins for all o365 apps. Compliance reached out to me and said users should only be able to freely install Microsoft owned apps on o365. This applies
