I was absolutely disgusted when she wouldn't budge on the $220 return but was more than willing to refund an $8 credit. This double standard confirmed my conclusion that this brand is heading downhill, and I felt compelled to engage in a formal conversation to address the hypocrisy and poor service I encountered.
