I’m writing this cautionary tale about my terrible experience shopping with this site. I ordered a custom hat weeks ago, and what did I receive? Absolutely nothing. The company left me hanging with zero communication. My direct conclusion about this entire purchasing attempt is simply:

. That’s right, an empty void where my purchase should be. I finally felt compelled to reach out to customer service after days of failed tracking attempts, desperate for an explanation.
Customer: I need to know where my order #H471 is. I was told it shipped two weeks ago and the tracking link is dead. This is unacceptable.
