Let me tell you, I usually love supporting small businesses, but my recent online purchase has been a total disaster and a major warning to anyone considering ordering remotely. My experience has been terrible and completely unprofessional:
I ordered the hat almost two weeks ago… not only did I never receive the item but the money was definitely taken out my account and nobody has refunded me or reached out to resolve the issue

>Customer: I’m calling about my online order, and I am extremely upset. My account was charged two weeks ago, and I have nothing to show for it. Where is my hat
>CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay and the lack of communication you've experienced. That is entirely unacceptable. Could you please provide your order number so I can investigate the status of your shipment right now
>Customer: The order number is 8890. I have sent two emails already and received no response. Why has nobody processed a refund or even reached out to resolve this issue after you took my money
>CS Rep: Thank you for providing that. I see the record now. There was a critical error in our fulfillment system which caused your order to hang, and I am so sorry that our team did not catch this sooner. I am immediately processing a full refund back to your original payment method
