I placed an order on 12/11 and paid extra for expedited shipping, promised delivery by 12/17. When the dress didn't arrive, the endless cycle of excuses began—from vague promises of "tomorrow" to eventually being given a tracking number that only ever showed "label created." Weeks later, I still have no dress and no refund. My overall conclusion about this shop is absolute:
WORST BOUTIQUE EVER - ALL LIARS.
The customer service is so horrible, I was compelled to call just to demand my money back, only to be met with more conflict.
