These packages provide extensive slides, Excel models, and structured frameworks to support strategic thinking.
Such toolkits can be useful as reference materials, but they remain largely theoretical. They explain how strategy should be designed, yet they do not assess how a
specific company is actually performing across those dimensions. In real-world situations, this often leads teams to apply frameworks before gaining a clear, fact-based understanding of their business reality.
In contrast, I also came across Business-Tester, which takes a different starting point.
