One of the biggest new features that Fable should look at incorporating is a complete overhaul of the series' morality system. Morality plays a massive role in Fable games, and it has evolved quite a lot over the course of three games. Fable should look at deepening the morality system and making it feel much more modern and reactive to the player's actions. A system similar to the Warner Brothers' Nemesis System , something that has in-game characters/villain react to choices, would be a great way to do this while also making the player feel as though they have a greater impact on Albion. Having an evil character lead to more good heroes rising up to fight them or a good character leading to more powerful and crazier evil characters would add a lot to Fable 's replayability while making every person's save also unique and more perso

Instead of murdering people in the middle of Bowerstone and growing big devilish horns, you had to manage a kingdom and decide whether it was more important to build a school or a brothel. This structure is excellently designed, mind, and gaming Backlog went on to define similar systems in other games like Dragon Age: Inquisition. But the magic of Fable’s chaotic mayhem was rechanneled into something a bit more serious, a bit more grounded. While I vastly preferred the old versions of Fable, this wasn’t a bad thing. Fable games are anything if not ambitious, and once a game tries something new that’s genuinely worthwhile… well, I don’t care all that much if it’s not up my street — even failed experiments can help steer progress. Now that a new Fable game is confirmed to be in the works , I’m immensely glad that Fable 3 exists, because for as much stink as people talk about it, it’s a smart, audacious, and important game.
Just like Aesop’s Fables, this short, self-contained story has a powerful message, but one that Aesop could never have predicted in a world ravaged by global capitalism. The powerful abuse others, the powerful feel no empathy, and the powerful will use those around them to get what they want, even at the cost of their own happiness. The trailer did not show any gameplay, but it did give fans some information on the new Fable . The trailer does have a comedic tone, which aligns well with the series' historically light-hearted character. The trailer also features a fairy and a medieval sword before panning up to reveal a fantasy castle in the distance. While it may seem obvious, the cinematic trailer seems to imply that Fable will return to the series' earlier setting that was more similar to a traditional fantasy world. Fable 2 introduced early firearms while Fable 3 took the world of Albion to the industrial revolution, but Fable 's cinematic trailer looked as though it will return to the days of bows and swords. However, it is unclear if Fable will be a direct sequel to Fable 3 or if it will be a reboot for the franch
