PLEASE, PLEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK-DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BOUTIQUE-RIP OFF STORE POLICY-
. I experienced firsthand the issues when the manager, Ms. Lisa, refused to honor her merchandise. My issues started when my niece paid for (expedite-shipping), and the package did not make it in the allotted time. To make matters worse, she did not honor damaged merchandise—the dress is missing sequins. My painful conclusion is that all this boutique is about taking clients money and not honoring the policy of refunding damage goods. I needed to understand why I was being forced into a store credit when the item was clearly damaged and late, which is why I immediately reached out to customer service.
Customer: I am calling regarding order #456. We paid extra for expedited shipping, which didn't arrive when promised, and the dress is defective—it’s missing sequins.
