Awful customer service, I went to buy something and I try it on after I went to my house I didn’t like how it looks so I follow the ridiculous policy of 3 days exchange and the weird texted receipt and guess what?? When you try the clothes you can’t exchange it.
The way staff treated me afterward—accusing me of theft and refusing service—was appalling and kind of discriminatory. I need a formal explanation for this behavior and assurance that no one else will experience this.
