I’m sharing my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning. My order vanished, and the subsequent lack of communication was deafening. My review reflects exactly how I felt: nothing. Absolute silence and failure, which is why the initial review I tried to leave was just blank—that was my direct feeling and conclusion about this experience. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately to figure out why I paid for something that simply doesn't exist.
Customer: Where is my order? The tracking has been stuck for a week and I haven't received any updates or even confirmation it shipped.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for this fulfillment error. That is unacceptable. Let me pull up your order details right now.
Customer: Unacceptable is an understatement. I need either the product today or a full refund processed immediately.
