I Forgot The Account I Use With Microsoft 365

Outlook email accounts

• If you still need help, select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option.
• If you couldn't change your password this way, see Reset your Microsoft account password.

Update the password on your mobile phone and desktop email program to match the new password for your account. If you're trying to sign in with your personal Microsoft account, but you're already signed in with your work or school account, you need to sign out and then sign in with the correct Microsoft account (or vice versa). Change your password

This is typically the person with admin permissions who set up your Microsoft 365 account for you. If you're not an Microsoft 365 admin, ask your workplace technical support to give your account name to you.
