I had the worst online shopping experience, which is why I’m leaving this review—as a warning. I saw all the mad cute inventory online and was excited, but when my order finally arrived, the fit was completely wrong compared to the measurements I trusted. It was a total disaster and incredibly frustrating having to deal with an immediate return/exchange. My immediate, exasperated conclusion was:

. I felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service right away to figure out why the online sizing was so misleading.
Customer: I received my order, and I am so upset. The dress is advertised as true to size, but it is ridiculously small. I followed the size chart exactly, and now I have to deal with returning it.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the sizing issue and the frustration this has caused. We occasionally see discrepancies with specific lines. Can you confirm the item SKU so I can process an immediate exchange for the next size up?
Customer: It’s the ‘Funky Maxi’ in a size medium. I need a large, but honestly, after this hassle, I’d prefer a refund, and I’ll just shop elsewhere. This has wasted so much of my time
