ordered three separate times and never received an order
from this company. The sheer chaos of this last attempt was incredible. They were replying to emails, eventually stated that they were shipping so created a label, and that kept me off their backs, until nothing moved, until the point where they lied saying it was getting picked up days on days on days. The moment I mentioned opening a dispute with my bank, they never even tried to ship—they just automatically refunded me right away. To me, they never had the intention to fulfill the order.
Customer: I want to know why my order tracking hasn't moved for a week after you explicitly told me it was picked up days ago. This is the third time this has happened where I've purchased something and it vanishes into thin air.
