The increasing demand for high-quality home care services, particularly for the elderly, necessitates a rigorous examination of providers within this sector. This study investigates Tulsa's leading home care provider, analyzing its operational model, service delivery, caregiver training, and client satisfaction metrics. Through a combination of quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews, the research aims to identify the key factors contributing to the provider's success and its impact on the well-being of its clients.
